- Skylight Installation and Electric Compatibility
Absolutely, our artificial skylights hold an IP54 rating, making it suitable for wet environments like bathrooms and even above showers. IP54 is the standard water protection metric given to technology which are in moist environments. You can read more here.
Yes! Our skylight technology has versatile working voltages (100-240V) which ensures compatibility in countries with 110V, 220V, or 240V systems.
- Skylight Functionality
Our products are compatible with popular smart lights apps. The integration is simple and straightforward, allowing you to easily control the dynamics of your skylight. Depending on your order, you’ll be given instructions as to which app to install in order to control you skylight lighting dynamics.
Yes. If you prefer a dimmer in addition to your phone app – our systems are compatible with Bluetooth dimmers.
As many as you would like. Our smart dimmers connect via Bluetooth, allowing control of countless skylights. Please note the dimmer’s 220W limit and avoid serial connections.
Skylights require 2.4G internet; ensure separate SSIDs for 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi. Verify accurate password input and absence of special router settings like MAC address filtering.
Sometimes you many need to reset the skylight. It’s a simple process. First, turn off the device for 6 seconds, turn on for 1 second, repeat this sequence 5 times. The skylight will indicate you have successfully reset it by by flashing a rapid yellow and blue alternation.

Adding a skylight is a breeze:
– Click “+” to find devices.
– Locate Skylight and establish the connection.
– Input your WiFi account and password.
– Add to a room and give it a name.
– Binding is straightforward:
– Long-press the reset button for 3s to activate pairing.
– Click “+” on the home page to search for devices.
– Find Scan Dimmer, connect, and add to the same room as the fixture.

- Returns and Refunds
If you’re unsatisfied within 30 days of receipt, reach out to us at [email protected]. We’ll respond within 48 hours, guide you through the process, and once we inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Please refer here to the Refund and Warranty Page.
While we’ll promptly process your refund within 5-10 working days upon inspection, you will need to cover the return shipping cost.
